Recently, the Office of Jinji Lake Sub-district in SIP was nationally recognized as a culturally advanced organization.

The sub-district has made consistent efforts in recent years to advance the cultural-ethical progress, with remarkable achievements in grassroots governance, services for people’s well-being, cultural dissemination, safety and security guarantee and other aspects.

The sub-district has more than 80,000 registered volunteers, accounting for 21.2% of its permanent resident population. These volunteers serve in over 1,000 campaigns each year.

To ensure long-term cultural-ethical progress, the sub-district conducts inspections and holds related work conferences on a regular basis, and collaborates with enterprises to carry out various charity campaigns for the benefit of local residents.

The sub-district is crafting 11 “neighborhood civilization practice circles” to facilitate resource integration for cultural-ethical advancement. Diverse events such as public classes and handy services fairs are often held in these “circles”.

Moreover, the local civilization practice stations have been continuously upgraded, and educational events aimed at advocating good morals and virtues are frequently held in communities.
