The Suzhou City Terminal Service Center formally came into operation at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on Oct 25 to provide international passengers with convenience for travel in Suzhou.

The service center is seamlessly connected to the Suzhou City Terminal of Shanghai Airport Authority (AVINEX) in SIP to form a “bi-directional service loop” for international passengers looking to tour Suzhou.

Since its trial operation in September, the service center has handled approximately 300 inquiries and service requests each day. To further improve the passenger experience, it has extended its service hours to 9:00am-11:00pm upon the official launch of operation.

The service center integrates multiple considerate services to provide one-stop travel solutions for passengers heading to Suzhou. For example, it offers bilingual inquiry services, convenient luggage storage and direct delivery, personalized hotel recommendations and efficient 24-hour transportation services.
