A job fair targeting college students was held in SIP on Mar 14, kicking off SIP’s 2025 spring on-campus recruitment program.

The job fair was bustling, with long queues forming in front of many companies’ booths.

“I learned about the job fair from a social media. My sister works in SIP, and I have learned a lot about the vitality and opportunities here,” said Yue Guozhen, a graduating student majoring in communication engineering at Yantai University in Shandong province.

The event was the opener of the “SIP Jobs Express” spring on-campus recruitment program. The recruiters from companies in SIP will later visit universities and colleges in Northeast China and those in Jiangsu and Shandong provinces to look for the talents they need. Concurrently, a series of live streams will be held to offer job vacancies and suggestions for job hunters and new hires.

The job fair attracted 110 employers that offered more than 2,200 job vacancies. Among the employers are over 20 listed companies, 25 enterprises that use special and sophisticated technologies to produce novel and unique products, 25 foreign-funded enterprises, eight gazelle enterprises, and 10-plus financial institutions.

SIP is sparing no effort to improve conditions for growth of innovation and startup projects, hoping more outstanding young talents will settle down and write brilliant chapters of their lives on this land.
